As a new note flipper and new note investor, I've gotten my 1st note flip deal under contract yesterday w/ my note buying instructor & mentor Donna Bauer that is secured by a property in TX.

Andrew does a good job keeping it fun and educational.It's like paying for a college class: the instructor will teach the whole class, but learning is up to you.

Disclaimer – I am an instructor pilot in the Navy and not a real estate professional – so take everything with a grain of salt.

Whereas, in a local REI meeting teaching out wholesaling the instructor told us specific municipalities not to put out bandit signs or you will get fined.

Hi Heather, I just completed their coaching program (virtually due to COVID), and I found the instructors Mark and Ron genuinely love to teach real estate and give you a lot of course information as well to review besides the classroom instruction.

In fact, in my pre-licensing course in Mass, the instructor said that if we were ever in a setting with other agents, like a gathering at a bar, and someone said something like "you know, we should all agree to a minimum of Z%" that we were to loudly and publicly excuse ourselves.Business brokering is so much more fun - and we charge a lot more commission too!

The instructor was not very helpful so I figured I would ask here!
