I am beyond nervous.

I don't invest in section 8 housing and also have no desire to so maybe I am biased.- I live in Raleigh, 10-50 unit complexes will be hard to come by unless you're okay paying a premium.

They are about to move out and I’m nervous to rent to a stranger in the future with this same policy.

I waited years because I was scared I passed up a lot of houses in 2018 because I was nervous now I look back and realized how foolish I was .
