Look, this example may indeed be true, though morally “questionable”.

Based on our research they had around 30 units under management all in foreclosure including a $10M+ property going to auction for 50%.So moral of the story, do not believe everything you read on the internet. 

And then you have BP and an army of experienced investors happy to answer your question or poke holes in your deal before you pull the trigger..Be honest with yourself, are you looking for moral support?

We’ve bought, sold and created a handful of notes but they’ve always been to individuals.  

The exit strategy is to sell each townhome individually, since each will have it's own legal description.
