Make sure you test an inconspicuous area first to see if this recipe does any damage to the stone.Someone spilled butter on my freshly installed granite counters, and this trick pulled the oils out of the counter for me.

Then, something more secure, more inconspicuous might help. 

Add outdoor lighting and some obvious cameras along with some inconspicuous ones.

I would suggest using the LLC to be inconspicuous.

Try to do it inconspicuously as part of some other repair or maintenance.

A few spots of peeling paint probably won't affect the average tenant especially if it is conveniently happening in a inconspicuous place but then you are not declining the tenant, the program is declining you.
