Yes it is posible to get a DSCR loan as a foreign national with no credit score, employment or current real estate ownership.

I would pay them separately rather than giving a rent credit.

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

They look at your credit profile and get you business lines of credit and credit cards.

If you have none of that, you could fudge higher on housing debt.C Credit.
