I think it's easy for attorneys and brokers to become jaded and to lose that 'human touch'.

For most investors, purchasing a room condo makes no sense due to all of the associated human element risks.

Some people are sending supplies (clothes, other needed items like school supplies, food for humans and pets, etc). 

But this is why, end of day, humans are needed for on-the-fly adjustments, management, and troubleshooting.

Numbers aside, what I really like is how you learned something as human and local as introducing yourself to the neighbors.

Every adult should be fully screened to ensure you aren't renting to a violent criminal, drug dealer, etc.

That level of diligence isn't possible with human effort or even traditional data processing techniques.I would like to expand to investors in the future but this technology is very new. got it also commerical Brokers I suspect would be a target for you..
