Do you give up on a few last-minute weekend honeymooners? 

One of my favorites (which I may have already shared on here) is the nice young couple from LA who stayed at my Prescott cottage for their Honeymoon.

Weird…My honeymoon cabin in the Smokies is a great investment, but I didn’t buy at an overhyped price and plan to hold it unless a forest fire or rockslide says otherwise. 

We're focusing on a small cabin for honeymooners.  

Are you going to do your honeymoon as an investment getaway?

My grandma left me 50k when I was in middle school, ended up being part of college, my wedding and honeymoon, downpayment on primary, down payment on my first and second rental properties, and I still have 50k left over. 

Set the expectations during the honeymoon period. 

I can assure you, it’s not as easy as you suggest if you don’t have the sources, and my sources are not providing those kinds of numbers.Well, my salary as a parts guy (it's about 50k) I pay my rent through Amex and I paid for my honey moon with points.

My first goal in 2023 is to relax and enjoy our honeymoon vacation.
