One of the areas we see investors needing the most design help in is bathrooms.

I actually have two south side chicago properties right in that pocket of Greater Grand Crossing.The key here, more than anywhere else, is proper tenant screening and property management. 

As an investor trying to sell your flips, choosing design elements that the majority of homebuyers will love is important.

The point is if you're a consumer banking customer you don't offer what their business model is designed for.
