Perhaps you misinterpreted my post - I was not bashing REI Nation either - instead, as I posted, I was genuinely curious to hear their perspective on the Huntsville market since they have done turnkey properties here in the past.  

I can do the parade of horribles for a personally owned rental property but suffice it to say that it is a long and robust parade and the horribles are horrible.

We genuinely value architecture, history, design and quality, even if that means minimizing profits.
