The people who fail in real estate do not want to go through the troubles.There were lot incidents like evicting tenants due to non-payment, talk to contractors over the phone for two straight hours during travelling, handling neighbors complaints about noise to name a few.

Some big business PM companies are heavy on the advertising/sales but no real money on the delivery and fulfillment of promises.  

I invest in the neighboring state of New Jersey and have 2 properties with a total of 4 units between the 2 and I am looking to scale.

Denver, North Carolina, often overshadowed by its larger neighbors, is emerging as a prime destination for real estate investors.

Building homes is fulfilling and lucrative but I often feel like my days are spent just chasing down contractors and materials, and pointing out everything that is wrong with work that has been completed.Over the last ~6 months I thought long and hard about all my options.

My question to you all is: have you ever had to deal with situations concerning family and friends not fulfilling their respect for you and your property as tenants?

Every now and then I will also run into a neighbor that can do that, it's their hobby or in their knowledge set, but most neighbors just don't have it. 

Elkton’s neighbor, Massanutten Resort, is roughly 5 miles west and boasts an indoor waterpark, golf, skiing/snowboarding, and year-round events for the entire family.

Although you might be able to get away with it for a while, all it would take is for a neighbor to call in and you could get shut down or fined.
