I don't see cracking on the foundation underneath this wall, though there are some older cracks on other unfinished basement walls but this crack is fresher as shown by the paint being opened up since last painted.

Unless you're talking about some prime central Austin residential areas, in the 'burbs there's always some bigger, better sub-division going up with fresher floorplans, better upgrades, newer appliances and builder financing deals.I manage my own properties here but I could give you a couple names of people I know in the area if you drop me a PM.
