It is hard to edit bank statements where the name, address, font, and spacing line up correctly for multiple months; usually, they are slightly off. 

Many I work with require a minimum 8 x 8 bordered area on the drawing just for their stamps and have rules on font type, size, drawing scale, information on the title blocks, line types, line weights, etc.

Even the size of font is under the B&P laws.

I wanted to use the free "rehab estimate sheet" but it prints out with an extremely small font and gray instead of black.

Ok, hold on, let's see if I can find the "crayola" font to try put it in terms they maybe understand.....
