I would not install a 240V outlet for an electric dryer because of a tenant request if there is already a gas hook up for a dryer.

Here’s my recommendation to get it under control: For a quick fix, start by sealing up any gaps using acoustic caulk around outlets, baseboards, or other small openings.

-When a tenant moved out, the management company refunded their security deposit but failed to account for damage, such as holes in walls and outlets ripped off the walls, leaving me with repair bills and also tenants moving in without the repairs being done.Stuff like this that is consistent and when I ask questions they are defensive, when I ask for more quotes for high ticket items they are defensive. 

Box sills, windows, doors, outlets, switches, lack of house wrap under siding etc.. 

I mean you technically require a permit to replace an outlet or sink faucet hahaha

We also do a property orientation and show them how to operate the house, change filters and batteries, turn off water main - and of course the mystery of GFCI outlets
