My guy retired & the flat rate firm I recently used raised their fee to an unreasonable amount. 

The industry continues to see consolidation, with private equity-backed firms actively acquiring, albeit at a slightly slower pace than the frenzy a few years back.

So now I got a letter from an injury lawyer not in the LLC name  (the property owner by LLC ) but in the name of the HoA however the LLC address not the HoA address (the law firm seems confused it idk).

What asset niche are you targeting with your firm?

My firm is mostly remote but some of my team and I are in Henderson, NV.

And will you be utilizing property management firms to help out? 

Are there any creative things that could be done to get to my goals or from your standpoint,  or is it pretty well a firm "not gonna fly" type scenario? 

I caution you now in desiring to call me or reference to me in any way with RADD or contracts, promissory notes etc.  

Has a massive stand of desirable trees (hardwood would be a must) Oak, Maple, Walnut foresters wont even bother unless you have acres and acres of harvestable trees.
