When I talked to a rep they said I could not be refunded that amount and now my trial has expired, so in order to spend my $48.61 I would need to spend $59 for the month. 

They made it sound like it was something easy to comply with, but if anyone who is a beneficial owner has their ID expire or they move, you have 30 days to re-submit the paperwork.  

These people get free govt money with these vouchers that never seem to expire.

Once the lease expires, they would turn to month to month tenants.

The lease should automatically switch to a month to month agreement after the expiration of the 1 yr. agreement.

Since it's rare to find a buyer, the agreement expires and you have a willing seller to negotiate a deal with. 

The current tenant was already in place when I purchased the building, and their lease is set to expire in a few months.

All running properties are illegal or running with expired license which is ridiculous since there are so many running STRs there.

Even if you manage to find an office with an existing tenant, their lease could be approaching expiration, and without plans to renew, it can take an incredibly long time to secure a new tenant for the space.
