@Jenna Kelley I just commented on another post about this as well, but if you are having foundational issues, do not call a contractor I would highly recommend calling a structural engineer as they are going to tell you exactly what needs to be done.

If there's a clause that allows you to back out due to new findings or due diligence conditions, you might be able to retrieve your earnest money deposit.

I mean one of these posters was told their "turnkey" property had dangerous sidewalk conditions questioning how "turnkey" the property was and their response was the tenant's don't care about the sidewalks.

With ZERO cashflow, the rent exactly covers repairs, taxes, PITI etc, even 20 years from now when you’ve doubled the rents because you were behind at the beginning.

I have actually taking the unpopular stance of the exact opposite. 

What would you do in my shoes I don’t invest there so take this with a slight grain of salt but I’ve heard multiple stories of basically this exact scenario someone getting offered a big payday for something in Cumberland, rejecting it & always for some reason (house burned down, block got worse, sheetz decided they actually didn’t want someone’s land for a car wash after all) always selling for like 10-20k and regretting not selling.
