The asset management piece of investing is not focused on enough, in my opinion. 

Wondering what the best entry point would be.

There is a barrier to entry, and the city is pro business, but our market had much better metrics.Lower entry points should not factor into getting in a market.

There are significant advantages to investing here (lower barrier to entry, much better price to rent ratio's, etc. etc.).

The increasing barrier to entry results in fewer new STR's coming available for sale, but also fewer options for guests to rent.
