Nothing but "pump you up" mindless enthusiasm with nothing showing they have any semblance of knowledge. 

Our primary issue on both previous CPAs was lack of engagement/enthusiasm in their work.  

She couldn't hold in her enthusiasm and realized that the scam was to not attend.
