Could the shared management function create a "common enterprise" argument that might compromise the intended separation between series?

utah is ground zero for these enterprises. 

Specifically, the sponsor, Nelson Brothers Professional Real Estate (NBPRE), and later Nelson Partners Student Housing, NB Private Capital (NBPC), Versity, Versity Invest, Versity Investments, and Crew Enterprises (constant rebranding/renaming to hide past issues) had yellow/red flags about them before I invested in 2017.

On a more enterprise scale, I employ RevMax software as well as a fractional revenue manager who looks at the prices daily on a market level and a comp set level. 

Most people I know don't want to see decent working people trucked off to another country but they also don't want to see criminal enterprise around trafficking people.
