When I look back real estate investing and rehabbing houses is akin to games I enjoyed playing as a child.

Even with the redactions, it's not hard to figure out based on deduction how much we are making from the rental and from my income.

There exists those of us that want a property in Costa Rica despite the issues we are discussing here.

We are eight hours away from our property visiting family for Christmas and got a call that our rental has 3 feet of water in the basement.

I just found a property that is on the river and seems like a place i would enjoy living.

And now live the life they enjoy as they enjoy that part of the  business..

Hey @Jonathan Baptiste, so we are a bit different than some.We have a large house that can sleep 12 comfortably and we provide a lot of stuff.

But other than that, no damage or wearing out of stuff so far after 8 years.

This kind of legislation discourages good investors and people who enjoy coming in and helping to stabilize communities.
