That said, investing in real estate is primarily a get rich slowly endeavor.

Chances are, half of the agents will stop calling after the first attempt... 90% of the agents will STOP calling after a week or 2... and so on...

The tenant has also ignored several of my attempts to contact her via phone and text and will only respond to my emails. 

But I see no reason why this can't be done by someone like Scott, or anyone who is successful in any real estate endeavor.
