Do I prepare to walk if there isn't a permit? Am

I was wondering if I rent the house out with a month-to-month agreement and vacate the house before we submit the permit, am I still required to apply for the tenant relocation license? 

In my day job I teach 5th graders math, ELA, science, and social studies. 

Needless to say, I just sold my property, took my money and ran out of EL as fast as I could.  2) Although it's the correct financial decision to buy a property during college and rent to your friends, I'd agree with Caleb: focus on school.

@Isaac El  A good place to start is to call the Housing Authority and see if they have tenants looking for specifications that fit your property.

@Isaac El, as a former broker, who logged over 500 cold calls per week, that approach will not work.
