Are you still looking to buy a small multi in Edmonton?

Hello BP Community,My name is Patrick Belanger, and my wife and I (both engineers turned entrepreneurs) havebeen investing in Edmonton and the surrounding communities since 2013, buildinga 32 unit local portfolio of single family homes, duplexes, garage suites, andsmall new-build multifamily (6 and 8 unit properties).

Edmonton is a sellers market right now, so this will presentchallenges to buyers.

I know there are others from Calgary and Edmonton on BP.

Hi Dylan,I have some investment properties in Edmonton. 

I know of a few that invest in Calgary & Edmonton.

Prices in AB (depending where you look) are also lower and if you are in Calgary or Edmonton or nearby, it is easy for your husband to fly for a visit or for you to go there.

I'm considering purchasing a SFH with a basement suite in Edmonton that has the utilities tied together.
