What are other high net worth individuals paying in broker commissions these days, for high value properties?  

I’m always looking to expand my network with like-minded individuals on here, so feel free to reach out.

These were primarily single-family homes where we approached individual landlords.

I opened individual interest-bearing savings accounts for each tenants security deposit.To be clear, are you opening a separate bank account for each security deposit?

I'm excited to be here and can't wait to bounce ideas off some like-minded individuals!

Can anyone verify this is OK or is it state by state-regulated based on their individual jurisdiction?  

I realize I'll need to consult with my attorney and CPA for actually structuring these, but I'm interested to learn from anyone here who's scaled their real estate business from their individual portfolio or flipping business, to bringing in outside capital to grow. 

Individual High Net Worth Borrowers (With Prior Experience As Multifamily Debt Broker): We have a few mom & pop clients who previously worked as multifamily debt brokers at major shops like Berkadia, CBRE, JLL, Walker & Dunlop, Etc.

I started diving back into learning by reading the Real Estate Rookie and was hoping to put myself out there and find some like minded individuals that are in the beginning stages of their investing career as well.

Trying to gain as much knowledge as possible before entering a market that's over saturated with too many uninformed individuals.
