All those dopamine hits with the like button on social media :) It's a common theme where people want the get rich quick theme, but then again this has been the case through the history of mankind.I would like to emphasize however, real estate is probably one of the more protected assets for investing capital in my opinion.

@Joshua Myers apparently reading comprehension is not your thing, but I'll try one more time for anyone else who might enjoy exploring new ideas as much as dopamine rage hits:I think active trading is for fools and professionals.

Once you get that dopamine dump, you will probably look at conversations with strangers in an entirely new light - ie it will be pleasurable for you, and you will pursue it with great enthusiasm.

Every task completed is a dopamine hit to improve your mood.

Finance is as much dopamine, cortisol, and serotonin as it is calculation and return.

But I want to feel some sort of dopamine to make myself feel good when I do good! 

A message in it that resonated with me is that finance is as much dopamine, serotonin, and cortisol as it ROI and calculation.

A bunch of worthless responses from idiots that must get a dopamine hit from it.Why do you feel the need to pre-screen tenants so THEY don't waste money.

Certainly, trends can be studied etc. but going by the same trend of 7 year bull and 7 year bust market, we have exceeded the bull stage already in today's market,  now going by your statement of analyzing/studying market and predicting what's coming next - when do you envision this current market on a serious dopamine run to bust?
