There's lots of definitions and distinctions between the two that get thrown around. 

The valuation and market value of a multi family property differs from a single family and you want someone that understands the distinctions if you go that route.

I am curious if anyone has had any success using this product.

Hi Dean - we had access to a DSCR product until a couple weeks ago - it's currently paused, per my conversation with one of the loan brokers I work with. 

When you go to a Bank or Credit Union, they can only offer you what products that bank or credit union offer. 

These names frequently come up in investor circles because of their reliability.Speak Directly to Their Team: Legitimate lenders will have knowledgeable representatives willing to explain their loan products and processes in detail.

The differences between most software is subtle and may be how they bill for their service, support their product, or the process to use those features.

I would confirm by seeing the product then going out and checking comparables in that market that have sold.
