Great post @Garrett Brown, we have a vibey outdoor hang with string lights, plants and seating by a mini gas fire pit.

The interior was made up of high efficiency HVAC systems, contemporary lighting, and electric water heaters.

I'm actively seeking mentorship from someone with experience in similar markets who can shed more light on this process.

I provide short term rental furnishing and renovation finish list that includes paint colors, light fixtures, cabinets etc.

We source and purchase all finish materials for our projects (lights/plumbing fixtures/etc). 

However, even though every house, market, and buyer may be different, these few design elements work literally anywhere.If you have double sinks, use double mirrors and a vanity light above each mirror!

I use this and share with my team (i.e) drone photographers, VAs, reatlors, partners, etc.Zoho Forms, I use this to collect info from leads, buyers, etc.Zoho Desk, this is a ticketing where all inquires go to and since it integrates with Zoho Forms, it creates a ticket within Zoho Desk + New Lead within Zoho.Zoho Cliq, similar to slack, I communicate with my team with this software.

Also a lot of changing light bulbs.  

Finding a potential lot won’t be hard but getting a local municipality to give you the green light to build an MHP is going to be next to impossible.
