This in a desirable town further North.

The land is in a very non-desirable area pretty much in the middle of no where so I would assume the cost of the land is low but don’t know how the ROI would be after you had the infrastructure up and running.

Nevertheless I am local now and I have that real estate desire (which never went away).

Public has little desire to see them cut and GOP has no desire to increase funding for this. 

How can I best find undervalued properties in desirable locations? 

Not fully rented, but in a highly desirable location?

note a lender at high LTV may not desire a lot split.  

Park Hill has always been sought after, but this will only increase it’s desirability…..
