Is all of the other stuff phony?

Hey@Stephanie Medina, so if you are close to your new STR you could start scouring FB marketplace, Craigslist and others for used USA made furniture.You can get great stuff for pennies or even free.

You'll find stuff on the market, you have to be fast.

It's all common sense stuff you might as well just watch a 10 min youtube video and be on your merry way

And hands down the #1 violators of tenants rights (I mean legit cringe stuff) are those large communities, not investors like those who make up the majority of BP. 

Regardless of what you do to the important stuff on a home the avg consumer still wants to see granite countertops lol Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I had never fallen for a scam like this but Dutch is really believable and uses the God and country stuff to entice investors.

'I came to the area about 1 year ago and certainly the growth, the incomes, the diversity, all the good stuff was apparent.

Second thing would be to work with a contractor, this is great stuff to do since you know building a house, building material costs, and knowledge of right and wrong what to do.
