The "Set it and forget it" mentality, I think, will limit your listing big time.I do all of the pricing across multiple listings. 

If you're going through mental gymnastics to make it work, then it probably isn't your primary. 

Preferably out of state near Charlotte NC where our daughter lives.  

Many people have limiting beliefs, a mental barrier that prevents someone from achieving their goals or living fully, so they sabotage any hopes of progress through words or actions.
