This mean HVAC in the second floor addition needs to be installed,- Damaged garage door wont close all the way,- Not sure if water or septic would run,- Electrical lines in some places the previous owner messed with and added some,- Mismatching handrails on the stairs,- Kitchen has many animal dropping in the cupboards which I cleaned up but is still dingy.

The reason to use the Heloc as opposed to cash is that the cash is gone and can never be used again so your paying down the loan but the cupboards are bare.

The pantry is a cupboard on the reverse wall of the kitchen, so you have to leave the kitchen and walk into the hall to access it.If you are accessing the house from the actual front door, it's a pretty standard entry.

I've seen this type of layout before what was done when the kitchen needed to be remodeled was a small piece of counter (maybe a foot or less was added on the other side of the stove with a cookie sheet type cupboard underneath.

The bathroom, that one I think needs some major makeover and also the kitchen area (cupboards look old and unsightly) so if I'd do repairs, most of the expenses would go into these sections.

UGH.....got her to leave voluntarily basically just by starting eviction process....but mannnnn the mess they left me :-(Got the keys back Dec 1st10000's of dead fleas...bedbugs and spidersruined 800sqft of carpet....and patches of the hardwood underneathleft behind 20-30 boxes of junk and cupboards full of foodbedroom walls are so disgusting with bedbug and spider residue I have no idea how they were living therethey did leave me a fridge thats in nice shape though haLet the clean up begin !

In a few months, a dog could destroy cupboard corners or doors that require LOTS of repair $$, and a long vacancy, and the tenant will not understand what it will cost me, so there could be a big disagreement over the withheld deposit.
