You also have to consider the increased risk of damage from moving appliances in/out, especially if it's anything with a water connection.Yes, tenants damage appliances, but it's typically a broken shelf, door bar, or crisper drawer.

I personally prefer the softer feel of microfiber (some prefer the crisper feel of cotton), but my housekeeper tells me that cotton is better to deter bedbugs - apparently they're able to better hide in microfiber than in cotton!

This stabilizes and makes the photos crisper- Use the volume button instead of the shutter button on the screen for even more stability- Never use digital zoom.

So we look for wire shelving and perhaps one glass shelf on the crisper drawers.We have a local used appliance store I’ve been working with my entire Landlording career - Lee’s Appliances.

Also, both bottom crisper drawers and assembly are broken on a five-year-old fridge.
