A clean food and clean water source are.

City recently did a building inspection and we noticed the tenant is smoking in the unit (cigarettes and marijuana), food waste everywhere leading to building pest issues, and there are 5 people living there now (3 adults and 2 kids).

Searches, brainstorming, writing, analyzing, counting calories (I workout a ton), cooking recipes, reminders, EVERYTHING.  

@David Cook this is why we’ve started using water based polyurethane on our hard wood floors.

You'll need more cushion between your income and debt payments to account for everything else - taxes, insurance, food, living expenses, etc...

Sometimes tenants do something that attracts pests (eg food is improperly stored, trash and food are left out, etc.
