Hello,I'm looking for guidance on how to determine fair rents for a commercial property with two tenants.

I occasionally get requests to manage commercial and love to have a referral source. 

Are there any good resources to finding private commercial investors that are looking to invest aside from deeper pockets? 

@Ryan Prichard one of the better options out there that can handle commercial properties, for what I'd consider a "low cost" platform is Hemlane. 

On the other hand, if you are in a hurry, you can get a commercial loan from a bank just about any time.

The house had some signs of foundation settlement when he bought it which were chalked up to age, however it’s clear now that there has been more recent movement (some of this may have been due to an earthquake a few years ago) causing about 3 inches of settlement along this very small house.
