Is anyone out there willing to be boots on the ground in Cleveland particularly old Brooklyn to check out the condition of a property?

Managing from a distance can be done, but you still need boots on the ground to handle showings, inspections, eyes on the property regularly, etc.

If anyone needs a boots on the ground inspector to do walkthroughs or gather info for a property you don't have time to check out or if you're out of state.

Their owner is very aggressive and combative if you escalate any issues.

@Jack Pasmore, I would second what Greg shared above - no spreadsheet can (or should) replace the local boots on the ground market knowledge.

Hello, I just completed the Multfamily boot camp and I learned the importance of partnerships.

Always recommend local (or at least some level of boots on the group).

Having trusted boots on the ground makes all the difference when you can’t be there in person.

Is this truly a new development that would need infrastructure to boot?
