Hey Eric, I'm using meetup dot com we've been meeting in nearby starbucks (Coconut Creeks) and at actual properties (Sunrise) that other investors are closing on for tours and networking.

@Diego Ramos the only multi family units you will find in west Broward are going to be in Coral Springs, Coconut Creek area.

The other guy (much more handsome sexy, with beautiful curly flowing hair...) he leans against a palm tree, cracks open a coconut and get out a coconut tree worm.. munches on the rest and sips the water and says "aaahhhhhh" remember those old Coca Cola commercials right before the movie starts?

@Travis BuckDude, if you got paid in bananas and coconuts, you'd still have to pay tax on that.

Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Shenandoah, South Miami, are great neighborhoods closer to downtown, Brickel and Miami Beach and traffic is not bad in these areas.

If someone has had success in Coral Springs or coconut creek area with a manager, I would love to be introduced.
