Need Realtors help finding investment properties

Greetings,

I'm in the Margate Florida area. I'm a new investor looking to purchase single family homes in need of repairs. Want to partner up with real estate agents who can help me find good investment properties. I'm looking for properties in North Lauderdale, Margate, Tamarac, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek and the Lauderhill area. I prefer off market properties however I'm open to MLS properties as well if the numbers work for me.
