I just learned that builders risk and liability insurance coverage can cease once a CO is issued for a new build.

Looking to talk to someone who’s had experience adding a bonus room/sunroom in San Diego. Need some advice and some recs! Image for reference.

we did the first 3 in a 18 month period we used internal funds so no debt.. these were 350k to 400k all in projects.. so U need cash to be a spec builder or you need investors if you dont have cash..

Just a builders risk policy if you are doing an extensive rehab on the property and then a landlord dwelling policy when the property is rented.

Experienced builders will have all of this.
