Look James, clearly you have some issues where you come up with an idea than just broadcast it, completely skipping any research phase what so ever.

One of the issues, which helps to grow the problem is there are too many television programs on investing/flipping, etc.

What's the price difference between the manual ones and those fancy broadcasting ones?  

I also listen to broadcasts and I am really impressed by Brian Burke and Andrew Cushmen that stop buying in the last three years and sell most of the property to realize gain before collapse.
