Anyone know any good books on acquisitions when it comes to real estate?

Even though I’m a local broker, I’m a big fan of “Live where you want to live.

In particular, I’m a huge fan of the South Side of Chicago or Northwest Indiana for cash-flowing properties.

It kept me booked at 85% which is great and made my life so much easier.
