Our house rules already prohibit the growing of any "crops or plants for the purpose of consumption" and the use of hydroponic growing methods within the units of our buildings - I do not care if they are growing tomatoes, blueberries or cannabis ... it cannot occur inside.

The neighbors are blueberry farms.

Part of the land rents to a blueberry farmer for 135 a month.    

Breakfast is usually a bowl of oatmeal with almond milk and a handful of blueberries.  

And everything in between...Hows the blueberry play coming along?

FWIW, the exterior of our house is blue, like a blueberry, and white and I love it.

My 1/2 acre property has a Meyer lemon, a kumquat, a satsuma mandarin, lime, apple, a blood orange, a valencia orange, a yellow peach, a hass avocado, and my favorite shrubs (blueberries!!!!!!). 

The location you describe is a premium blueberry growing area.  

I learned a lot about using Blueberry bushes as hedging...who knew!?
