If youre in good with a Gen Contractor or have a good construction knowledge, go for a rehab.

I am looking for a 4 or higher multi-family off the pennisula, or possibly a solid foreclosure in james island / west ashley for a short term rental.More than anything I need an agen t with with way more experience locally than I have.

My question is, would it be valuable for an experienced flipper/rehabber to partner with someone who holds a RE and a Gen Contractor license but has limited funds?

Knowing what to say and what not to say also come into play and most sellers will screw that up to, though I admit so will many agents, therefore it is very important to find a good and highly experienced one.You mentioned not wanting to pay $900 more to list with an agen.

Is there any way to look inside a lot of different properties without being an agent yourself?

If you are working with ant agen already and that person isn't much help...find a new one.

Ten have our agen call that closer and tell them you are ready to close (assuming you are).
