Unit was loaded with designer purses, $1k shoes, jewelry, expensive furnishings, etc. 

But don’t squander a huge portion of it on a depreciating asset (think sports car, jewelry, etc).  

Or they can go to a jewelry store and drop $10K to buy a beautiful diamond ring.How many people who say one should only watch videos and read posts crafted their wedding rings?

Keep in mind some of those Southern churches are very wealthy and those running it are driving top end cars  50k rolex and wifes decked out in hundreds of thousands of Nice personal jewelry this is what I saw when I worked MS TN and AL.. those Pastors were quite wealthy.

People would pay 20% PER MONTH, 240% annual, on a ring or jewelry that they have to leave at the store.

The trust receives property, money, jewelry and it is a shelter against suits, defers taxes and has a checkbook for most anything but food, fun or fashion.

Anyway, people set up stalls selling jewelry, paintings, clothing, knives, etc. 

Not jewelry, Computers, Guns, iPhone's, Dental Services, ….. just shipping and paper services.Now, one half of the building will be empty in about 40 days, so there will be a totally empty 1000 sq. ft. very nice open room / office available.

And, gold is sold in for jewelry, but in if the economy goes bad, people don't buy jewelry.
