Think of it this way - there are millions of Biggerpockets members, podcast listeners, and Youtube subscribers who are actively investing - BUT THEY DON’T HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE LIKE YOU DO.That’s where you come in - we need rockstar agents like you to connect these leads with.

Then I find out a week ago they sold the property at a loss, ALL my capital is gone, and Ken McElroy goes on his merry way making youtube videos about how much money he is making. 

The promotional “come ons” you find on YouTube, books, so called “testimonials” etc just plain isn’t true.The chance of an inexperienced flipper with little or no capital successfully completing a wholesale deal or deals is about 2%.  

Read books that you find on this website and try to avoid YouTube.....

You can find a lot of information about Milwaukee real estate on YouTube including the most of the neighborhoods and also house hacking.

Still happens all the time though.I followed the REventure youtube channel for a while.

The market shifts, strategies evolve, and if you’re not learning, you’re falling behind.So I made it a habit:Reading at least one real estate or business book a month.Listening to podcasts while driving instead of music.Watching YouTube breakdowns of market trends.Getting advice from investors who’ve been in the game longer than me.The more I learned, the more confident I became.
