The CRM is awesome for pinpointing and keeping track of random houses you find that you make want to look into later.The biggest Con seems to be that the software can be very clunky and almost feels like it is in beta development at all times.Which company do you like for bulk "Street View" postcards? 

I started back when they were in Beta mode and free so I've seen them grow quite a bit.

Pace has too many betas running things who are trying deperately to be alphas.

Minut seems to be less expensive, but according to Wynd's website, they say Minut's smoke monitoring is in Beta and doesn't track marijuana smoke.

And the self-showings, Zillow just did the biggest beta test of this, and it failed epically. unless loosing tens of millions is the goal, if that's the goal than they hit it out of the park. 

They say that listing your home is a beta service at the moment.

But anytime you build in the mountains and the other thing I bet a lot of those houses had shake roofs.

So yes its possible to buy a note and make a huge return but like owing a home in Detroit that you paid 1k for and sold to some unsuspecting Cash flow investor for 30k and made a whopping % profit its not sustainable @J Scott like J Scott mentioned.And the idea in my mind that you can take newbies that go to course's and teach them how to buy non performing assets and then go through the foreclosure process for the reinstatement process while it can be done I bet a fair amount of them ( just like cash flow investors buying Ghetto) the assets are the same and all the same troubles come along with them.At least that's my view.

I'll be wanting to give beta access at some point in the future with more basic features that would still be helpful.
