However, there are there are three items I always have: Dawn, vinegar,  and Mr Clean Magic Erasers. 

Floors had to be removed and concrete vinegarized.

Not sure about wood, but white vinegar gets the urine smell out of a lot of things.

I soaked it in vinegar for awhile. 

Vinegar and water can work if it’s not too bad.

Bulk salt, oils, vinegars and tons more.TP, paper towels, small soaps and shampoos, coffee pods, tea, creamers, Splenda and sugar packets, disposable cups, inexpensive food containers to take food home, Ziplocs, aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap....on and on.I believe is providing a lot of stuff like that for guests.

I vote on the side of honey rather than vinegar.

Blacklight plus vinegar should have done the trick for urine.

For one tenant that had a cat (inherited tenant and the only cat I've allowed), I had to soak slab with enzyme cleaner, didn't work well, then soaked in vinegar, replaced subfloor boards upstairs, replace trim all around flooring -- it's a huge undertaking requiring multiple applications.     

Either get a spray bottle of bleach or vinegar to clean it on a regular basis.
