Since graduating in 2021, I moved to Washington, DC to pursue a civil engineering career and am now feeling like I am in more of a position to start learning and pursuing real estate investing seriously.

Flat is easiest to touch up but I'd rather wipe and touch up eggshell than usually repaint a whole wall due to dirty hands, etc.

A little about myself, I graduated from North Carolina A&t with a degree in Computer Engineering.

I’ve been in the financial planning industry for nearly 13 years, hold a Master’s in Advanced Financial Life Planning, I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and I also teach these concepts to aspiring CFPs and graduate students at Golden Gate University.

Melisa Justice, and she helped me navigate the entire Journey, it was a process not too long, it took about a month, and the process would have been definitely very hard being that I was on a different state by Melissa made it a lot smother, she was very responsive to all my questions (and I had a lot of questions), she helped me find a lender that would fit better for my financial situation, once I was pre-approved she connected me with the right property inspectors, and all through out the process she kept in touch pointing me the right direction all the way until closing day, all this to say I Definitely recommend her for any body the is finally ready to take the plunge and get started with their real estate carrier, I definitely will get in touch with her when I'm ready to buy my next property!

My mom graduated from Elder High School and her family is from Cinci! 

Things like touch-up paint, minor trim fixes, and final deep cleaning can often be done while showing the property.

Multi-family real estate is something I am planning on doing after I graduate college and eventually full-time. 

I make roughly 150k annually but have 200k total in student debt from graduate school.
