These are all things that I will considered when looking at Property Management vs Self Management.

I do all the property management, and it is still a breeze.  

My PMS syncs to it via Zapier and I use it to manage our email marketing campaign.

I really wish I had seen a detailed review of Foundation Property Management (FPM) or TurnkeyInvest here on BiggerPockets before signing on with them several years ago.
