Louis and Springfield, dare I say it's in the middle of nowhere!

@David Lewis I'm regularly looking at multi-family listings on MLS and can only find cash flow in tertiary markets - think Lowell, Fitchburg, Springfield, etc.

A good example of this is the Springfield Mall just 30 minutes outside of the District, where visitor levels are at pre-pandemic levels and average stay times are higher due to their prioritization of experience-focused retailers according to the CEO of Pennsylvania Real Estate Trust (Source).

If you're looking for the lowest price entry, Cleveland, Dayton, Springfield, and Akron would all be good fits. 

I have a friend who runs a meetup over in Springfield, OH which is about 30 min away.

I live in Missouri and I’m looking to get started in my local area but in the long run would like to invest in the Springfield and Branson areas.Thanks again for all the help!

Springfield?

I actually attended a foreclosure auction in Springfield last week. 

Specifically, I need to know how I can figure out if a condo association is allowed where my property is(Springfield Oregon). 

Anything that has an attractive price in 32206 or 32209 is either in a D class neighbhorhood and/or a property that needs significant rehab.The further you go from the center of downtown, the more likely the property is in a better class neighborhood.The exception being springfield where it is close to downtown but considered a good neighborhood.
