There used to be, but they stopped supporting it, so if you switched phones and needed to download the app again, you'd be out of luck.

They purposely do not have any means of speaking to someone live over a phone.

Or just showing accounts with address, phone numbers and balance?

What happened is i was flagged enough that my phone number was shut down.

I went with Vivint.com they have a great smart home system no wifi needed, streams on your phone in real time anywhere you are, tamper protection, security alerts and motion detectors and will notify policy if you have a break in.

Assume you never met them at the property, and fielded 1 phone call from them.

I have been talking with a few other real estate investors, some suggest to create a website to funnel potential tenants, setting up an automation phone line, and a callers list for screened tenants.currently have two rental properties.

It takes a lot of phone calls and asking around, but you can normally find a local or regional bank that is willing to work with investors on these types of properties.Mike
